Minuit Tokyo Is Coming to Abu Dhabi This September

This September, Abu Dhabi welcomes its first French-Japanese dining concept.
Minuit Tokyo opens its doors at Novotel Al Bustan Hotel, bringing together the precision of Japanese cooking with the richness of French cuisine under one roof.

The restaurant takes its name from the French word for "midnight" a nod to the after-dark hours when Tokyo's most exclusive dining rooms come alive, and to a concept built around unhurried, late-evening dining.

Leading the kitchen are French chefs Sébastien and Coralie, who honed their craft in some of France's most decorated Michelin-starred establishments before relocating to Abu Dhabi. Their partnership brings classical French training together with a deep respect for Japanese ingredients and technique, resulting in a menu that moves fluidly between both culinary traditions.

"Minuit Tokyo represents years of vision brought to life. Bringing chefs of this calibre to Abu Dhabi to build something entirely new for the city is exactly the kind of concept we want to be known for."

Minuit Tokyo joins RDHS Group's growing portfolio of Abu Dhabi hospitality concepts, including The Irish Vickers, Adam's Beer Kitchen, Pastalito, Victors, and Cueva.
