1. General Use
Gift vouchers are redeemable for one-time use only and must be presented at the time of payment.Vouchers are not valid during special events, weekends, or public holidays unless otherwise stated.
Each voucher is valid only at the specific branch mentioned — Victor’s Pub, The Irish Vickers, Adam’s Beer Kitchen, or Pastalito.
Vouchers must be used within the printed validity date and cannot be extended once expired.

2.Redemption Rules
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash , credit, or other payment methods.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold or used for promotions.
The voucher value must be used in a single transaction; no change or credit will be issued for unused amounts.
Each voucher is valid for dine-in only unless specified otherwise for takeaway or delivery.


3.Exclusions
Gift vouchers do not include beverages unless issued as a bar voucher or for selected bar items.
Food vouchers apply to selected menu items only, as listed on the voucher or designated by the venue.
Vouchers cannot be combined with ongoing promotions, happy hours, or discounted offers.


4.Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Please treat your voucher like cash — lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
RDHS Group and its brands are not responsible for any unauthorized use of misplaced vouchers.


5.Rights & Changes
RDHS Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms or any voucher at any time without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of RDHS Group Management will be final and binding.
